Hi! I'm Debora, Or 'Debbie' :) - I'm from Brazil, now living in Dubai. In Brazil I worked as a nurse for 8 years and always loved pilates.

I started to do pilates many years ago when I was suffering from very bad back pain. It was advised that I try it due to its excellent health benefits. I started and already noticed significant benefits in just a few weeks.

When I moved to Dubai several years ago I got introduced to Reiki and it has been an incredible journey, people love the fantastic benefits it brings them. I'm so happy to be able to share the physical and mental benefits of Pilates and Reiki with my clients.
